About AMC Business Consulting LLC

U.S.-based business consulting with an international outlook and a particular focus on Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and companies.

Who we are

AMC Business Consulting LLC is a U.S.-based business consulting company created to support entrepreneurs and companies facing the practical challenges of doing business in the United States and across international markets.

We provide a professional point of coordination for business, corporate, and international projects, helping clients organize processes, identify the appropriate resources, and communicate effectively with the different parties involved.

Clear. Practical. International.

We believe business support should be clear, structured, and adapted to the real needs of each project.

Our role is to help clients understand and coordinate the steps involved in their business objectives, while working with external service providers and specialized professionals whenever legal, tax, accounting, banking, or other regulated expertise is required.

We do not believe in unnecessary complexity. Our approach is based on clear communication, practical coordination, and a realistic understanding of international business environments.

Connecting U.S. and Spanish-speaking business

One of AMC's principal areas of focus is supporting Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and companies with business interests connected to the United States.

Language should not become an additional barrier to understanding business processes, coordinating providers, or developing opportunities. For this reason, AMC operates with a bilingual English-Spanish approach while maintaining its identity as a U.S. company with an international perspective.

How we work

Every project is different. We begin by understanding the client's objective and identifying the business, corporate, or operational requirements involved.

From there, we provide appropriate support and coordination, keeping communication direct and helping the client navigate the different stages of the project.

Where a matter requires regulated professional advice or a specialized third party, AMC may coordinate with appropriate external providers rather than presenting those services as its own professional legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
